She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. Continuing her education, Heidi received a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has cared for patients in the healthcare field for more than 20 years. Heidi was drawn to the field of medicine as it offers a unique opportunity to blend compassion, knowledge, and skills in a way that directly impacts a patient’s health and quality of life. She builds genuine connections with her patients, exchanging tears, laughs, and happiness. When she isn’t in the office, Heidi enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, and gardening. She especially enjoys time spent with her husband, three children, and pets. New Patients – The New Patient Paperwork MUST be turned in one week before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling/cancelling your appointment. Forms can be dropped off in our office, faxed, or uploaded to the patient portal. No-Show Policy strictly enforced – please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in no-show fees, which are not covered by medical insurance.Â
