Patient Portal Information

There are three ways you can register for the TPMG Patient Portal: enroll through an email invite from your provider’s office, directly on the Patient Portal homepage, or by Proxy. Below are instructions on how to sign up:

*Are you a parent, guardian, or caregiver and need to manage a patient’s account? Above are instructions on how to create a Patient Proxy account. 

CAN I ACCESS THE OLD PATIENT PORTAL?

On Friday, November 7, 2025, the previous TPMG Patient Portal is now in view-only mode. You will be able to see all your information, but you will not be able to send messages to TPMG offices or providers. Your information will be available for at least 6 months.

WHAT IS TPMG’s NEW PATIENT PORTAL?

This new Patient Portal, powered by healow, is a comprehensive health IT platform that offers a full range of patient engagement and workflow optimization solutions for both practices and patients. The Patient Portal is an intuitive online portal that enables patients and TPMG providers to securely access and manage health information and communicate easily, promoting patient-provider interaction and improving the patient experience.

WHAT CAN I DO ON THE PATIENT PORTAL?

Once you have enrolled in the new Patient Portal, you can:

– Access labs and test results more quickly
– Communicate with your doctor and clinical team
– Request a prescription refill
– Schedule your appointments
– View and pay outstanding statement balances

Opting in to paperless statements can significantly reduce clutter, allowing you to find all your statements in one place, pay your bills more easily, enjoy better security, and help the environment.

Once you receive your first statement, you will have the option to opt in to “Go Green”. Here’s how to sign up through your Patient Portal:

Go to My Account > Current Statement > Go Green Button is on the top right.

Contact your provider’s office with any questions or concerns. Sign up for the NEW Patient Portal below.
