ACR accreditation ensures the physicians supervising and interpreting your medical imaging meet stringent eduation and training standards. ACR accrediation signifies the equipment is surveyed regularly by qualified medical physicists to ensure functionality and the technologists administering the tests are certified.Â
What is a radiologist?
Radiologists are physicians who diagnose and treat conditions and injuries utilizing the most appropriate imaging technology and procedures.Â
Do I need a referral?
If necessary, you will be referred by a radiologist. Please consult your physician if you believe you are in need of our Imaging and Breast Center services.Â
Will my referring doctor receive my results?
Your referring doctor will receive your test results at our earliest convenience. By sharing your test results with your physicians, we hope to deliver the best plan of care.Â
