Certified Pain Neuroscience Education Physical Therapist in Newport News, VA

Natalie Brauchle, PT, DPT, OCS

Natalie Brauchle, PT, DPT, OCS is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with TPMG Physical Therapy in Newport News. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Pittsburgh in Bradford, Pennsylvania, before continuing her education at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Natalie joined TPMG Physical Therapy in 2026.

Graduating in 2008, Natalie has a passion for helping individuals regain function and alleviate pain. Drawn to physical therapy by a desire to care for others, she enjoys the opportunity to help those in her community return to the activities they love while helping them feel their best.

As a provider, Natalie emphasizes building trust with her patients and their caregivers. By relying on comprehensive patient education, she builds confidence and rapport that grows throughout treatment. Natalie provides individualized care that considers each patient as a person rather than a diagnosis. She considers an individual’s unique health goals and limitations in addition to their diagnosis.

Natalie sees patients for a variety of orthopedic issues, ranging from joint pain to post-operative care. She also has a comprehensive background in treating patients with gait and balance changes, in addition to vestibular rehabilitation training for those with vertigo and dizziness. With a certification in Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE), Natalie’s understanding of the biology of pain allows her to empower patients to reframe their thoughts on pain and tissue damage. A proponent of education, Natalie works with doctoral students to integrate technique into hands-on experiences.

When she isn’t in the office, Natalie can be found reading on the beach to decompress and recharge. She also enjoys spending time with her family, running, and cycling.

Natalie warmly welcomes patients to make an appointment to see her at TPMG Physical Therapy in Newport News.
