Erin Desrosiers, PA-C

Physician Assistant in Williamsburg, VA

Erin Desrosiers, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with TPMG Williamsburg Urology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. Furthering her education, she received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Erin joined TPMG Williamsburg Urology in 2023.

No stranger to the medical field, Erin has practiced medicine for over 16 years. She spent four years in hematology and oncology before working in primary care, where she has practiced for the past 12 years, before joining TPMG. Erin is dedicated to ensuring her patients feel empowered and valued in their healthcare journey. She takes time to understand their individual health goals and actively involves them in the decision-making process. Erin firmly believes that it is not her role to dictate what patients should do, but rather to present them with all available options, educate them about their choices, and allow them to participate in their own care plan.

By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, Erin aims to establish a strong provider-patient relationship where patients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and asking questions. Through open and honest dialogue, she hopes to build trust and instill confidence in her patients. An advocate for her patients, Erin strives to educate them using the most current peer-reviewed guidelines and research so they can make informed decisions about their health.

Erin sees patients 18 years and older for a variety of urologic conditions, including prostate disorders, bladder disorders, kidney stones, male and female urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, sexual dysfunction, and more. She is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the American Urological Association (AUA).

When she isn’t in the office, Erin can be found enjoying the outdoors either biking, hiking, or spending time with her four children. She enjoys the Hampton Roads community’s fair weather and proximity to both the mountains and the beach.

Erin warmly welcomes patients to make an appointment to see her at TPMG Williamsburg Urology.
