We also offer personalized care to each patient, as we understand the anxiety that our patients and families experience when faced with unknown medical symptoms and issues. We accept appointments by referring physicians only. Every effort is made to ensure that our patients are seen in a timely manner as appointments are available. Life threatening emergencies should be referred to and handled by the appropriate closest Emergency Room accessible to the patient. Non-neurological problems should be addressed by the patient’s primary care physician. Appointments If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you kindly provide at least a 24 hour notice so that your appointment time may be offered to another patient seeking care. Please note, if the requested 24 hours’ notice is not given, a cancellation fee may be charged. Insurance Billing TRICARE PRIME patients should contact our office if a referral has been obtained by your referring physician. We will only be able to schedule your appointment once we have the actual copy of your physician’s referral form. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact the TPMG Central Billing office at (757) 232-8777. EMERGENCY ROOM referred patients should contact our office to schedule an appointment. If you were seen in an emergency room and have been referred to TPMG Neurology in Williamsburg, we will need to have a copy of your emergency visit notes prior to your appointment.
