Regenerative Medicine Therapies Offered at TPMG

What is Regenerative Medicine?

Regenerative medicine focuses on the development of non-surgical therapies and new treatments to heal or replace damaged or diseased tissues, cells, or organs. Regenerative medicine treatments stimulate tissue repair and regeneration at the site of injury using therapeutic stem cell therapy. The therapies include:

How does it work?

If you sustain an injury or encounter degeneration, the body finds the source of pain and begins to repair the affected area. As we age, our body’s ability to do this is slower and less efficient, making it more difficult to heal. This is where regenerative medicine plays a critical role. These therapies enhance your body’s natural ability to heal and repair itself without the use of drugs or surgery. When tissue components are injected into an injured or damaged area, they stimulate regeneration and repair at a rapid rate, providing patients with more immediate relief and healing.

Am I a good candidate?

These treatment therapies are an effective alternative for those looking for relief from painful conditions, such as:

  • Neck and back pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Knee pain
  • Arthritis
  • Herniated discs
  • Carpal tunnel
  • Torn ligaments
  • And more

If you’ve been suffering from chronic pain, we understand your frustration. You may be tired of medications masking the pain and not treating the source, or unsure surgery is the right path, due to the risky side effects and long recovery time. We want to help provide you with effective, long-term results with an alternative method.

Pain doesn’t have to impact your daily life. At TPMG Tidewater Sports & Osteopathic Medicine, we want patients to return to the lifestyle they once enjoyed and receive long-lasting pain relief.
