Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Nesreen Almosadder, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with TPMG Rheumatology in Newport News. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. Furthering her education, Nesreen earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Nesreen joined TPMG Rheumatology in 2025. Drawn to the medical field by a passion for building professional relationships with patients, Nesreen strives to make a meaningful difference in the quality of life of individuals in her community. Through her work, she combines her fascination with the complexities of the human body with a love for the blend of science and compassion that medicine requires. As a physician assistant, Nesreen works closely with patients to diagnose, treat, and support them throughout their healthcare journey. Working in rheumatology, where continuity of care is crucial for many patients, she fosters long-term relationships built on trust and respect. As a provider, Nesreen works to ensure patients feel heard and supported throughout the healthcare process. Rheumatology patients often face chronic and sometimes “invisible” illnesses, which require active listening from providers to validate their experiences and improve trust. She partners with patients to look at more than just their lab results, but also how their condition affects their daily lives. Nesreen’s goal is to be someone her patients can trust and rely on through every step of their care. She believes that patients should feel comfortable with their care and trust that she will listen without judgment because she is invested in helping them feel their best. Nesreen treats patients ages 18 and older for a variety of conditions, including osteoporosis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, and more. She has a strong medical interest in autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions. Nesreen is especially interested in how lifestyle, early intervention, and biologic therapies can improve function and quality of life. When she isn’t in the office, Nesreen enjoys hiking, baking, reading, skiing, and traveling. She loves the community she’s found in Hampton Roads and welcomes patients to make an appointment to see her at TPMG Rheumatology.
