Dr. Joseph Baust is an amazing person. He can relate to kids of all ages, and my college-age kids don’t even want to see anyone else. He has the best bedside manner of any provider I know. He’s supportive of parents as well and is a great advocate for the kids. The front desk (TPMG James River Pediatrics) is friendly, kind, and helpful. I’m grateful for the change. The nurses are always friendly and talk to the kids like they are important. 10 out of 10, would recommend this place!
