While many of our primary care practices are accepting new patients, some are not. Please contact your future primary care office’s webpage to determine if the practice is accepting new patients or utilize the “Find A Provider” toolbar, select the “Primary Care” specialty, and click the box marked “Accepting New Patients” to find a primary care provider nearest you.
Though TPMG contracts with various insurance carriers, not all TPMG providers actively participate in our carrier plans. To avoid unexpected or additional out-of-pocket expenses, contact your provider’s office to verify that he/she participates with your insurance plan.
If you do not have insurance, please contact your physician’s office to learn about your payment options.
New patients, and patients who have not been to our practice within the past year, are requested to arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete the registration process. For your convenience, registration forms can be printed and completed before your appointment by visiting your office’s webpage on our website. Before your initial appointment, be sure to contact your previous primary care physician or specialist to request that your medical records be sent to us.
New Patients:
Despite the joy they bring us, fireworks can also pose several health risks. Firework-related injuries include burns, eye damage, injury to the head, face, and ears, and injuries related to the hands and fingers. While dangerous, there are ways to enjoy our favorite fireworks without risking injury to you or your loved ones.
