Kristina Belanger, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with TPMG Lung & Sleep Specialists of Williamsburg. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing before receiving her Master of Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner studies from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and joined TPMG Lung & Sleep Specialists of Williamsburg in 2026. 

With over 14 years of medical experience, Kristina began her career as a registered nurse in an intensive care unit (ICU). After six years as a registered nurse, she transitioned to her role as a nurse practitioner role. Kristina has worked with patients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings, including primary care, short-term rehabilitation, pediatric care, and more. 

As a provider, Kristina is dedicated to serving others. She collaborates with patients and their families to help them achieve their healthcare goals. Kristina believes that medicine is not one-size-fits-all so she practices evidence-based care with a personal touch. 

Kristina sees patients for a range of conditions related to pulmonology and sleep health, including asthma, lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, narcolepsy, and sleep apnea.  

When she isn’t in the office, Kristina can be found spending time with family, hiking, biking, playing volleyball, and chauffeuring her children to their sports games. She warmly welcomes patients to schedule an appointment with her at TPMG Lung & Sleep Specialists of Williamsburg.
