Newport News, Virginia – Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group, a network of over 220 physicians and advanced clinicians in over 85 offices across the Tidewater area, is pleased to announce our TPMG Hampton Roads Center for Dermatology’s expansion to Virginia Beach Town Center.
Opening on May 12, 2022, Hampton Roads Center for Dermatology – Virginia Beach will be led by board certified Dermatologist, Valarie Harvey, MD, MPH, FAAD. The new office is located at 4421 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Suite 106 A in Virginia Beach. Like its sister location in Newport News, Hampton Roads Center for Dermatology- Virginia Beach will provide advanced facilities, dedicated professionals, and cutting-edge treatments and techniques for disorders or conditions of the skin, hair, and nails.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Harvey treats a wide variety of common and uncommon dermatological conditions. Dr. Harvey also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pigmentary disorders such as hyperpigmentation and melasma, as well as other skin conditions which disproportionately impact minority patients. She earned her undergraduate and degrees from the University of Virginia. Dr. Harvey completed her residency and Chief Residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She later received a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Harvey is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
