The Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Veteran Services (DVS) has awarded TPMG – Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group with the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) certification for its continued committment of hiring our military veterans as of May 2020.
The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) certification works with companies, such as TPMG, as well as with the state and local government agencies, on long-term strategies of recruiting, hiring, and retaining our miitary veterans in the workforce. These potential employees are highly-skilled, well-educated, and easily trained, but many employers are unaware of this pool of recruits.Â
TPMG has a proud legacy of hiring veterans for positions ranging from physicians to front staff to administration. We recognize the importance and value our brave service men and women bring to our communites and we aim to continue supporting this Economic Development Initiative.
