Finding various ways to help patients reach their optimal health is paramount to her philosophy of care. She seeks to treat each of her patients with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Stephanie is trained to care for a variety of conditions. She treats mainly critically ill patients in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for conditions ranging from pre-and-post-surgical treatment, acute or chronic kidney injury, sepsis, COVID-19 with hypoxia, and any other conditions that are critical and require consistent monitoring. She has a particular medical interest in surgical, gastrointestinal, and nephrology.

Stephanie is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). She also values education and imparting knowledge on future medical professionals. She served as preceptor for new nurses in a critical care environment.

As a city girl by heart, Stephanie loves the Hampton Roads community. When she isn’t seeing patients, she enjoys photography, art, decorating, shopping and renovation projects. Stephanie also enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and attending her son’s football games.
