She works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their optimal state of well-being. As a nurse practitioner, Savanna strives to personalize care for the needs and concerns of each patient with empathy and compassion, rather than aiming to treat a single illness or condition. This holistic approach allows her to better care for and anticipate the unique needs of her patients while respecting their role in the healthcare decision-making process. Savanna sees patients aged 16 years and older for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, obesity, asthma, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), seasonal allergies, headache, COPD, depression, anxiety, and more. Savanna has a particular medical interest in preventative health and chronic illness management.  Born and raised in the mountains of Georgia, Savanna has lived in Virginia for over a decade and enjoys its mountains, beaches, small towns, and big cities. When she isn’t in the office, Savanna can be found reading, baking, running, and spending time with family and friends.  Savanna warmly welcomes patients to make an appointment to see her at TPMG West Point Family Medicine.
