He completed residencies in General Surgery at Nassau County Medical Center/SUNY Stonybrook Medical School and North Shore University Hospital/New York University Medical School, where he served as Chief Resident in General Surgery. He obtained post-residency experience through the United States Air Force, Langley AFB Hospital, serving as Surgical Element Team Chief at the Center for Sustainment of Trauma and Readiness Skills at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center (2003) and in Kuwait during Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom (2003). Dr. Post is a General Surgeon who has been in practice serving on the Peninsula and Southside since 2006. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Post is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
