Hart earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia in 1989, and completed her residency through Riverside Family Medicine Residency Program in 1992. She has practiced medicine in Washington and Rhode Island, and returned to her roots in Virginia, where she was born and raised. Dr. Hart specializes in Family Medicine, and enjoys providing care and services to her patients, their family members and friends. When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Hart enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children and her dog.
