He makes an effort to get to know them beyond their medical conditions to guide them toward improving their health. Dr. Navarro believes that achieving your health goals requires daily work, not just during office visits, and he strives to provide comprehensive education and recommendations that align with patient goals and the latest health science. Dr. Navarro sees patients across all age groups, from newborns to those of advanced age, addressing a variety of acute and chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and mental health concerns. He also has a special medical interest in lifestyle medicine, obesity medicine, wellness visits, sports physicals, joint injections, skin biopsies, and women’s health. When he isn’t in the office, Dr. Navarro enjoys soccer, golf, traveling with his wife and their daughter, caring for his two dogs, and trying his hand as an amateur chef. As a graduate of Old Dominion University, Dr. Navarro and his family fell in love with the Hampton Roads community. He loves the community’s proximity to great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and more.
