Hannah Elliott, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with TPMG Denbigh Family Medicine in Newport News. She earned her Certified Nurse Assistant certification from Blue Ridge Community College and completed her undergraduate education at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. Furthering her education, Hannah earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants (VAPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Hannah was welcomed by the TPMG Denbigh Family Medicine team in 2025. Hannah’s specialization in family medicine aligns perfectly with her passion for caring for the whole person with a patient-centered approach. Growing up in Hampton Roads with two primary care physicians as parents and role models, she witnessed firsthand the impact that compassionate, long-term care can have on individuals and families. Her experience inspired her to pursue a similar career where she can build meaningful, trusting relationships with patients of all ages. Committed to continuity of care and dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of life, Hannah treats patients of all age groups for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, depression, anxiety, and more. She also offers preventive care appointments, contraceptive counseling and care, and additional services. Hannah has a particular medical interest in adolescent medicine, mental health, and geriatric care. Living and working in Hampton Roads for over 20 years, she feels incredibly fortunate to practice in the same community that she knows and loves. From the James River to the Noland Trail and nearby beaches, Hannah appreciates everything the area has to offer. When she isn’t at work, Hannah can be found outdoors, spending time at the beach, visiting the Outer Banks, or helping her husband with his work as a children’s pastor locally. Hannah is excited to give back to the community that has shaped so much of who she is today and warmly welcomes patients to make an appointment to see her at TPMG Denbigh Family Medicine.
