Devin Wacker, FNP-C, is a board–certified Family Nurse Practitioner with TPMG Rock Landing Internal Medicine in Newport News. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from ECPI Medical Careers University in Virginia before attending Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing. Devin is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and joined TPMG Rock Landing Internal Medicine in 2025. 

 With over a decade of experience in her field, Devin has always fostered a passion for healthcare. She enjoys the complexity of her work and prizes the personal connections she makes with patients and their families. She provides excellent and thorough care to each patient, striving to collaborate with patients, their families, and her healthcare team to craft treatment plans that meet their unique needs. As a provider, Devin believes patients deserve to feel comfortable and knowledgeable about their health, understanding that informed patients have consistently better outcomes and experience greater healthcare satisfaction. 

Valuing collaboration and advocacy, Devin strives to treat each patient individually, discussing all options and weighing each patient’s unique situation during treatment. As a family nurse practitioner, she treats the whole person, considering the physical, emotional, mental, and social aspects of each individual.  

Devin treats patients 18 years and older for a variety of chronic and acute medical conditions, including diabetes, ear infections, hypertension, COPD, high cholesterol, heart disease, arthritis, thyroid disorders, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal issues, kidney problems, and more. She offers wellness screenings, preventative screenings, vaccinations, and women’s healthcare, with a particular medical interest in women’s health and emergency medicine. 

A Hampton Roads native with family in the area, Devin has always fostered an appreciation and respect for her community. Her dedication to her work earned her the 2021 Annual Daisy Award Winner for Nursing Excellence at Riverside Doctors’ Hospital of Williamsburg. 

When she isn’t in the office, Devin is an avid thrift and antiquer, finding beauty in unusual or forgotten pieces. As a mother of two children, she spends her time attending sporting events, live music performances, dance lessons, and more. Above all, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones.
