ENT Audiologist in Williamsburg & Newport News, VA

Carly Jacobs, AuD, CCC-A

Accepting New Patients

Carly Jacobs, AuD, CCC-A, is a board-certified audiologist with TPMG Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists in Williamsburg and Newport News. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota. Moving to Wisconsin to further her education, Carly earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Wisconsin in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Carly joined TPMG Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists in 2024 and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Carly understands the profound impact hearing loss can have on an individual’s life, stemming from her own experiences. Diagnosed with hearing loss at the age of four, Carly was fitted for her first pair of hearing aids at seven and has relied on them ever since. Throughout her journey, she has worked with an incredible audiologist who not only helped her through the process but also provided support and reassurance to her parents. Motivated by this experience and driven to help others in her community facing similar challenges, she chose to pursue a career in audiology.

With compassionate patient care at the forefront of her practice, Carly is dedicated to listening to her patients and empathizing with them through their hardships. She ensures her patients never feel alone throughout the treatment process. As someone who understands what it is like to experience hearing loss and its difficulties, Carly endeavors to help patients maximize the assistance hearing aids provide.

Carly treats adults with hearing loss, tinnitus, balance concerns, and hearing conservation. She especially enjoys working with patients with hearing loss and tinnitus. Carly conducts hearing tests, selection of amplification, hearing aid fittings, and hearing aid follow-ups, among other services.

When she isn’t in the office, Carly enjoys going to the gym, taking walks, traveling, and relaxing at the beach or pool. Originally from Minnesota, she enjoys Hampton Roads’ warm climate and proximity to the ocean.

Carly warmly welcomes patients to make an appointment to see her at TPMG Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists in Newport News and Williamsburg.
