At TPMG Beach Primary Care Office in Virginia Beach, we are committed to providing our patients with compassionate, high-quality care. We offer comprehensive preventative healthcare, including annual physicals, women’s health exams, and Medicare wellness exams. We also provide care for the management of numerous chronic illnesses, as well as acute health problems.

We offer same-day appointments when available. Please call early in the day to maximize the chance of securing a same-day appointment. 

For patient convenience, TPMG Beach Primary Care can perform all POC testing (e.g., COVID, flu, RSV, and store testing) in our office, as well as several vaccines. We send most labs to TPMG Virginia Beach Laboratory Center in Town Center for other laboratory services.  We also have easy access to X-ray services and numerous medical specialists due to our affiliation with TPMG.

 

If you need to have a prescription refilled, please make this request during your regular appointment with your physician, or ask your pharmacist to fax us your refill request. Once we have received your request, please allow 2 business days for it to be processed.

 

We also ask that you please request referrals during your appointment and allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request with your insurance carrier.

TPMG Beach Primary Care is now offering same-day sick appointments to established patients. If you are experiencing an illness and require prompt care, please call the office to schedule your appointment. 

 

Due to the high volume of patients, we ask all new patients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time. If you fail to do so, your appointment will be more likely be cancelled without rescheduling.

Medicare’s APCM:

To provide additional support between appointments, TPMG participates in Medicare’s Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) program.
