At TPMG Strive it is our mission to build strength and wellness in the community we serve. Our goal is to provide medically-based workout programs for our clients so they may enjoy the activities they love. TPMG Strive trainers work with clients to achieve greater health and fitness in a safe and comfortable environment. Our state-of-the-art equipment plays an integral role in the progression of personalized client programs.

When you become a TPMG Strive client, you begin with a Fitness Assessment, that includes a review of your wellness history, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Body Mass Index (BMI) screening and goal setting.

Whether your goal is weight loss, improved performance, pre/post-surgery function, or strength gain, our experienced coaches will construct a program specific to you and your needs. We offer one-on-one sessions, small group classes and even open gym to encourage overseen progress. Services include:
