Welcome to TPMG Hand, Wrist, and Elbow Surgery! After practicing in the Hampton Roads area for 12 years, Caroline R. Triepel, MD, FAAOS,CAQ  is excited to offer her patients the next level of care with TPMG. She welcomes referrals, and also self-referrals if your insurance allows. Dr. Triepel offers personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

Dr. Triepel specializes in the treatment of injuries or conditions from the fingertip to the elbow.  She enjoys caring for patients from adolescence through advanced age, providing treatment for carpal tunnel, fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, trauma and more.  She provides individualized treatment for her patients, offering both non-operative and operative options.

We ask that patients arrive 15 minutes in advance of their appointment to ensure that all necessary paperwork is complete and so that Dr. Triepel can meet and treat patients at their scheduled appointment time.

Please bring your insurance card(s), photo ID, and a complete list of medications to your appointment. If you have any questions about your bill or copayment, please contact our office manager. If you have any questions about your insurance, please contact your insurance carrier.
