If you require same-day medical attention, please call early in the day to schedule an appointment. Please note that you will have a consultation appointment with one of our physicians prior to any procedures being scheduled. Procedures are not performed during the first visit with the physician. After the consultation, procedures are scheduled for the next available appointment. Please bring your insurance card(s), photo ID, and a complete list of medications, specialist co-pay (if it applies) to your visit. All co-payments are due at the time of service.
