A letter was sent to you on October 3, 2024, stating that, effective January 1, 2025, TPMG would no longer be able to accept Humana Medicare Advantage plans. Since then, TPMG has reached a resolution with Humana that benefits our patients. We are pleased to announce that TPMG will accept Humana in 2025.
If you would like to discuss Humana coverage, we encourage you to work with the Carrington Group, a local independent agent, to reestablish your Humana Medicare Advantage Plan or discuss options. There is no cost for this service, and they are happy to assist you. Their toll-free number is below:

If you decided to sign up with one of the Medicare Advantage plans listed on our letter and you are happy with this selection, there is no action required on your part, and the plan will become effective on January 1, 2025.
